- Arrival for full week residential courses is on Sundays at 19.30. Lessons Monday to Friday.
- Arrival for weekend residential courses is on Fridays at 18.00.
- Departure for full week residential courses is on Fridays at 16.00.
- Departure for weekend residential courses is on Sundays at 17.00.

Payment Form:
A deposit of € 200 per person should be sent with the enrolment form. The rest of the payment is due 21 days before the start of the course. Your course is only confirmed when we receive full payment. Payment should be by bank transfer. Please include all bank charges. An invoice will be issued upon receipt (by email) of a completed Registration Form and payment.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
- 21 days or more before the start of the course – 0% of invoice price
- 20-10 days before the start of the course – 50% of invoice price
- 9 days before the start of the course – 100% of invoice price
We are happy to accept a colleague or friend in place of the original client booked at no extra charge.
Where BC Facilitation cancels the course the student will be reimbursed with the total amount paid.
Changes:
BC Facilitation reserves the right to make changes to course arrangements and cancel courses if necessary.
Travel Insurance:
BC Facilitation recommends that you take out travel insurance.
